I’m offering a temporary sublet of my room in a charming Altbau apartment for one month in October, as I’m moving to a new flat and would prefer to avoid paying double rent.
- Rent is 770€ (all utilities included) total for 2 of the bigger rooms with a 1 October move-in date. Those rooms are about 20-22 sq m. The smaller room (about 12-14 sq m) is 700€ with a 3-5 October move-in date.
- The room will be lightly furnished but comfortable, as we're in the process of moving.
- Larger room is perfect for a musician (see photos).
- The flat is within walking distance to Tempelhofer Feld, Schillerkiez, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants in the area.
- Please note, no Anmeldung is possible.
- Looking for a responsible, tidy tenant.

Ich biete eine vorübergehende Untermiete meines Zimmers in einer charmanten Altbauwohnung für einen Monat im Oktober an, da ich in eine neue Wohnung ziehe und lieber vermeiden möchte, doppelte Miete zu zahlen.
- Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 770 € (inkl. aller Nebenkosten) für 2 der größeren Zimmer mit Einzugstermin am 1. Oktober. Diese Zimmer sind etwa 20–22 m² groß. Das kleinere Zimmer (etwa 12–14 m²) kostet 700 € mit Einzugstermin am 3.–5. Oktober.
- Das Zimmer wird leicht möbliert, aber komfortabel sein, da wir gerade umziehen.
- Das größere Zimmer ist perfekt für einen Musiker (siehe Fotos).
- Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld, Schillerkiez, U- und S-Bahnhöfen entfernt und von tollen Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung umgeben.
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass keine Anmeldung möglich ist.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes off U8 Leinestr and very close to Tempelhofer Feld – great if you enjoy walks/runs in nature. Lots of great restaurants and cafes are all nearby too.
