vermietet wird ein ca. 20m2 großes Zimmer mit hohen Decken. Aktuell ist es fast leer, lediglich eine Garderobenstange und Schreibtisch sind enthalten.

Bei Bedarf würde ich finanziell bei der Basisausstattung unterstützen (Bett, Kommode).

a room of approximately 20m2 with high ceilings is being rented out. Currently, it is almost empty, with only a clothing rack and a desk included.

Die Lage ist direkt im Helmholtzkiez im Prenzlauer Berg. S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Genauso wie die M2 (bringt euch in 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz) und die M10 (bringt euch in 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof). Supermärkte, zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes und Bars sind in unmittlebarer Nähe zu finden. Mauerpark und Kollwitzkiez sind ebenso schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Also aus meiner Sicht eine der besten Gegenden Berlins ;-)

The location is directly in the Helmholtzkiez in Prenzlauer Berg. S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Just like the M2 (which takes you to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes) and the M10 (which will get you to the main train station in 15 minutes). Supermarkets, numerous restaurants and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity. Mauerpark and Kollwitzkiez can also be reached quickly on foot. From my perspective, this is one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin! ;-)

Hallo zusammen,

ich suche nach einem Mitbewohner bzw. einer netten Mitbewohnerin!

In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Yoga, bin gerne in der Natur und mache generell gerne Sport wie bspw. (Padel, Tennis, Badminton). Darüber hinaus habe ich fest vor meine Kochkünste zu verbessern und würde mich freuen, wenn wir ab und zu mal zusammen was zubereiten würden, gerne mit gelegentlichem Deeptalk :-D.

Sonst reise ich gerne Solo und lerne gerne neue Leute aus verschiedenen Kulturen und Ländern kennen.

In Bezug auf Arbeit bin ich ca. 2-3 Tage die Woche im Büro und den Rest arbeite ich von zu Hause.

Aktuell ist die WG eher eine Zweck-WG, aber das würde ich jetzt gerne ändern, darum werde ich das Zimmer nur untervermieten, wenn es wirklich passt :-). Von daher ist das Einzugsdatum flexibel, aber frühestens ab Anfang April.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a roommate!

In my free time, I do yoga, spend time in parks, and generally staying active with sports like padel, tennis, and badminton. Additionally, I am determined to improve my cooking skills and would be happy if we could prepare something together from time to time, also happily with some occasssional deeptalk :-D.

I also love to travel solo and enjoy meeting new people from different cultures and countries,

Regarding work, I am in the office about 2-3 days a week and work from home the other days.

Currently, the WG is more of a functional setup, but I would like to change that. Therefore, I will only sublet the room when it really fits. :-).

Therefore, the move-in date is flexible, but earliest from the beginning of April.

I will sublet the room as of April for 6 months, extension could be an option. It will be a 2 person WG . Rent is warm including electricity, internet, GEZ.
