Hi there! Renting out a bright furnished room (of about 18 SQM) in my 3 room apartment.
Room can be rented for 1-6 months.
It’s a 2 person flatshare.
Looking for a flatmate who is

*No students! No couples.
*Non-smoker
*Positive attitude, respectful and clean, independant
If you send me a request, please include your age and profession. Flat can be viewed in person or via video call.
RENT:
Rent is €580 per month +€55 cash for a bi-weekly cleaner.
Or €200 per single week / €400 for 2 weeks/ €500 for 3 weeks + cleaning.

About the flat:
The apartment (about 90 SQM - front building, second floor) consists of 2 bedroom (mine and the rentable guest room), living room, a hallway, bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen + hallway.
Closest train station is Rathaus Neukölln (4 Min walk)
The fully furnished guest room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe. The chair in the picture can be moved outside if wanted. The room has a separate door to the living room and to the hallway.
I can provide a duvet, pillow, bed sheets, bed linen and towels.
The kitchen has stove/ oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer.
My bedroom connects to the living room and hallway.
About myself:
38, female, working in advertisement/ film. I am respectful/ tidy, independent.
I have a small old sleepy dog. The dog sleeps in the living room. You won’t have any responsibilities for the dog, but you should be (very) dog friendly.
Closest train station is Rathaus Neukölln (4 Min walk)
