I’m Lucile, I moving to Georgia for 5 months and I’m subletting my cozy room in Friedrichshain during that semester.
The room is super nice, calm, fully furnished.
The flat is great, freshly renovated, kitchen fully equipped, and nice bathroom with shower.
The flat is located 5/6 min away from the tram stop Straßmannstraße, 8 min from U Frankfurter Tor, 9 min from S Storkower, Landsberger Allee.
A lot of shops near by, calm neighborhood but close to everything.
About us, Ines and Eline, my roomates, are super cool French and Dutch girls that work in Marketing and Design. We all became really good friends, we share meals, watch movies together, hang out a lot in bars, exhibitions… We really enjoy spending time together.
We all are super clean, the common area always have to be clean. We also are really respectful of each other space, life.
We are looking for someone that will be tidy, respectful, easy going. Someone active that will not spend all day long at the flat!
We also want someone that will stay for the entire 5 months.
