The room is approx 19 sqm, fully furnished with:
- A double bed and an additional double mattress
- Sofa
- Desk
- Balcony
There is enough space in the room for laying the second mattress and having guests or doing sports, you also have access to the balcony if you want to smoke.
There is a big window so it’s quite bright during the day and comfy to do home office in the room, the courts is are quite dark so you could sleep until late with no problems.
The ceiling is “Altbau” so super high, making the room extra spatious.
We are almost in front of the U-Bahn station U-Platz der Luftbrucke, which is in the corner of Tempelhofer feld.
Besides Tempelhofer, there is Victoria Park and Columbia Damm park just few minutes by walking or biking. Supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance and just 15 minute walking there is Bergmannkiez, an area full of restaurants and cafes where you could go out.
Rest of the city is usually reached within 30-45 min by U-bahn or Bus no matter where you are going.
There is another room occupied by a super friendly and lovely Colombian girl, she speaks Spanish, English and German. We usually meet in the kitchen for friendly talks :)
