Searching for a somebody to take my room ideally from now till end of January,
possibly longer.
I found a flat (from now) and if everything goes well (probably) I'll stay there also after January, but for now we re renting it out till January.
The room is furnished. Most furniture in the fotos is staying, also there is some furniture you could use in the basement (easy-to-carry sofa, another cabinet and other). The carpets and big wooden shelf will go with me.
I spent some time and money into building/furniture (table, shelves, drawer, cabinet, clothes hanger) , also painting in the last year, I would like 50€ from the next tenant for it.
1-2mins walking to Ringbahn station Greifswalder Str., also ALDI and EDEKA.
11mins to Alexanderplatz with Tram M4
The WG consists of Elke, who lives here since longtime, and Makiko in the other room. The flatmates sometimes change , but Elke stays. She is open and friendly .
Everyone does their own thing but its a friendly vibe generally .
