Ich bin weg von Berlin sechs Wochen, in Weihnachten, und möchte deswegen mein WG-Zimmer untermieten.
Es wäre vom 19. Dezember 2024 bis 29 Januar 2025, für 1300 EUR insgesamt.
Das Zimmer ist echt gross (30 quadrat meter) und bequem, und auch super gelegen im Friedrichshain und genau vor der Ubahn-Station.
Es ist eine WG mit zwei Italiener, die arbeiten ganz viel, also meistens ist man alleine zuhause.
Es ist möglich jederzeit das Zimmer zu besichtigen.

Hello everyone,
As I am not in Berlin over the Christmas holiday, I would like to sublet my room from 19 December until 29 January, for 1300 EUR in total.
The room is really spacious (30 square meters) and nice, it is also really well located, near Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain and right in front of the U-bahn.
You would be sharing the flat with two Italian guys, who work a lot and are mostly away.
It is possible to visit anytime.
