I'm subletting my room in my cute and chill 3 people WG for six weeks between 17.02.25 and 28.03.2025.
📍Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg, within a short walk to the Ring, S8, S85, as well as M5, M6 and M8. Supermarket 5 min away.
My room is spacious, full of plants and has large windows facing a quiet street. The apartment is fully equipped and the kitchen has been recently renovated. Rent is 460/month, 690 for the 6 weeks.
My dear flatmates are very chill and easy going. One is a queer Arab designer who loves to cook, the other is an OG Berliner chef, who unfortunately doesn't like to cook at home so much, but does bring nice food from the restaurant every once in a while :)
