Ich vermiete in meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ein voll möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von März bis Mai 2025 in der Goltzstraße in Schönberg zentral zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Eisenacher Straße (U7) und Nollendorfplatz (U2).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss zum ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine.
In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt bis Mai eine junge Sprachstudentin aus Schweden. Daher wird das zweite Zimmer nur an eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin vermietet. Ihr würdet Euch vor Deinem Einzug über Videocall kennen lernen.
In der Miete von 600 Euro/Monat sind alle Kosten enthalten.
I am renting out a fully furnished room in my 2-room apartment for interim rent from March to May 2025 on Goltzstraße in Schönberg, centrally located between the subway stations Eisenacher Straße (U7) and Nollendorfplatz (U2).
The apartment is located on the ground floor facing the quiet back court. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
A young lady, language student from Sweden, is living in the other room until May. Therefore the second room will only be rented out to a female person. You would get to know each other via video call before you move in.
All cost included 600 Euro per month.
