Hallo :) Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und wir lösen unser Wohnzimmer auf. Es ist etwa 11m² groß und hat ein Fenster Richtung Osten in Innenhof. Die Fotos sind möbliert, da meine Mitbewohnerin aber die Couch und die Palmen/Pflanzen mitnehmen wird, wird das Zimmer unmöbliert sein. Wir haben einen PAX-Schrank in der Ecke, den wir als Kleiderschrank stehen lassen können. Wenn du dazu Fragen hast, können wir gerne darüber sprechen.

Da meine Mitbewohnerin kurzfristig auszieht, will ich erst mal Personen für 3 Monate dazuholen. Je nachdem, wie sich die Situation entwickelt, könnte auch länger möglich sein bzw. die Wohnung auch potenziell ganz übernommen werden.

Hello :) My roommate is moving out, and we’ll be converting our living room into a bedroom. The room is about 11m², with an east-facing window into the courtyard. The photos show it furnished, but since my roommate will be taking the couch and the palm plants with her, the room will be unfurnished. There’s a PAX wardrobe in the corner that we can leave as a closet if you’d like. If you have any questions about that, we can talk it over.

Since my roommate is moving out on short notice, I’m initially looking for people to stay for 3 months. Depending on how things develop, a longer stay might also be possible, or the apartment could potentially be taken over entirely.

Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Innenhof direkt bei Rixdorf in Neukölln. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Richardplatz oder auch am Körnerpark. Ich gehe gerne über den Körnerpark spazieren Richtung Tempelhofer Feld.
Die Ringbahn und U7 sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist.

The apartment is in a quiet courtyard right by Rixdorf in Neukölln. It's just a few minutes' walk to Richardplatz or Körnerpark. I love walking through Körnerpark towards Tempelhofer Feld.
The Ringbahn and U7 are only a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient.

Ich bin 35 Jahre alt und lebe seit fast 10 Jahren in Berlin. Ich liebe die Stadt sehr und fahre auch gerne mit der S-Bahn etwas weiter raus und gehe in den Wald.
In der Wohnung mag ich es gemütlich und lese, male und schreibe gerne. Ich mache gerade parallel zu meinem Job eine Ausbildung zum Mediator und freue mich immer, über zwischenmenschliche Themen wie z.B. Beziehungen, Emotionen und gesellschaftliche Themen zu sprechen.

I’m 35 years old and have been living in Berlin for almost 10 years. I love the city, and I also enjoy taking the S-Bahn a bit further out to spend time in the forest.
At home, I like to keep things cozy and enjoy reading, painting, and writing. Alongside my job, I’m currently training to become a mediator and always enjoy talking about interpersonal topics such as relationships, emotions, and society.
