The spacious layout offers enough room for a cozy home, whether for working, relaxing, or being creative. The atmosphere is open and friendly – perfect for feeling comfortable right away.
We have a well equipped, clean kitchen and a nice bathroom.
The apartment is located right next to Viktoriapark and Tempelhofer Feld, two of the most beautiful places in Berlin for walking, exercising, or relaxing. Mehringdamm, with its many cafés, restaurants, and shops, is just outside the door. The U6 is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get to all corners of the city.
You will live with friendly and calm housemates who value a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
The complete rent for the 5 weeks is 1000€ (200€ per week, 800€ per month). I have some flexibility with the dates and it might be possible to stay 1-2 weeks longer and already move in on the 25.03. It would be amazing if u could take good care of my plants while I'm away :)
