Temporal 3 meses de metro en Moabit / Bellevue Temporary 3 months sublet in Moabit / Bellevue

Estamos situados en la mejor parte de Moabit, cerca de la estación de tranvía M10 Rathenauer Strasse) y cerca de la estación de Bellevue Sbahn. Absolutamente hermoso en el verano con acceso directo a la punta y simplemente maravillosamente cerca de Tiergarten (ideal si eres un corredor!). Hay muchas tiendas alrededor (proximidad a Turmstrasse). El barrio es generalmente muy tranquilo pero bien comunicado con toda Berlín gracias al M10 y al Sbahn.

We are located in the best part of Moabit, near the tram M10 station Rathenauer Strasse) and close to Bellevue Sbahn station. Absolutely beautiful in the summer with direct access to the spree and just wonderfully close to Tiergarten (ideal if you are a jogger!). There are many shops around (proximity to Turmstrasse). The neighbourhood is generally very calm but well connected to all of Berlin thanks to the M10 and the Sbahn.

Anaïs no estará en el apartamento este verano, así que lo compartirás con Christian que es un hombre alemán de 34 años. Christian trabaja desde casa y disfruta de buena comida, cocina, ver películas (tenemos un viga y un sofá grande!), tocando su guitarra y su colección de discos. También posee un pequeño barco en las afueras de Berlín y navega regularmente (es bastante al aire libre y le encanta caminar y estar en la naturaleza). Ambos somos bastante creativos e "internacionales" (Christian realmente vivió en Brasil durante 2 años).

Christian está buscando un joven profesional para compartir el apartamento durante el verano, alguien que vive un estilo de vida tranquilo y es respetuoso, limpio y abierto. Idealmente, buscamos a alguien que tenga un trabajo de tiempo completo y también estará ocupado durante la semana - también disfrutamos de fiesta el fin de semana, pero nuestro apartamento es un oasis tranquilo, así que estamos buscando a alguien que respete eso. Por supuesto que eres bienvenido a tener gente de vez en cuando, siempre y cuando no haya fiestas en el piso :)

¿Tal vez te mudes a Berlín y buscas tu primera base mientras buscas un piso más permanente? ¿O quizás estás aquí para una misión de trabajo de verano? Si la descripción suena como tú, nos encantaría escucharte.

Anaïs won't be in the flat this summer, so you will share it with Christian who is a 34 years old German male. Christian works from home and enjoys good food, cooking, watching movies (we have a beamer and a big sofa!), playing his guitar and his record collection. He also owns a small boat on the outskirts of Berlin and regularly goes sailing (he is quite outdoorsy and loves hiking and being in nature). We are both quite creative and "international" (Christian actually lived in Brazil for 2 years).

Christian is looking for a young professional to share the flat with during the summer, someone who lives a calm lifestyle and is respectful, clean and open. Ideally, we look for someone who has a full time job and will also be busy during the week - we also enjoy partying on the weekend but our flat is a calm oasis, so we are looking for someone who will respect that. Of course you are welcome to have people over from time to time, as long as there are no parties in the flat :)

Tenga en cuenta que trataremos de responder a todos, pero puede tardar algún tiempo. Primero ofrecemos un chat en el teléfono / videollamada y luego podemos configurar una cita para visitar el apartamento si es un buen ajuste.

Las fechas son más o menos flexibles, pero preferimos alquilar a una sola persona durante todo el tiempo, y un mínimo de 2,5 meses en total. El precio total del alquiler corresponde a menos de la mitad de lo que pagamos total por el piso - no estamos planeando hacer dinero en su espalda ;)

Please note that we will try to respond to everyone but it may take some time.We will first offer a chat on the phone / video call and then can set up a appointment to visit the flat if it is a good fit.

Dates are more or less flexible, but we would prefer to rent to only one person for the whole time, and a minimum of 2,5 months in total. The total price of the rent corresponds to less than half of what we pay total for the flat - we are not planning to make any money on your back ;)
