the apartment is in Friedrichshain, a special urban district in the middle of everything what your heart needs in Berlin. Boxi farmers market on Saturday's, galleries, bars, restaurants, flea markets on Sunday, Eastside Gallery, Warschauer Bridge, TV Tower, Mauerpark, concerts, Uber Arena, River Spree and much more is pretty close around. For Urban Sports: yoga studios, pilates & cycling studios, Holmes Place with a 25 m long pool and sauna, climbing hall and a lot more is around within 2-10 minutes.
· I am renting out a huge part of my spacious apartment for one person. During my work in an other city. All costs are covered, WIFI, water, gas, electricity and insurance.
· Just apply if you are employed or studying and can provide papers.
· It's in a typical Berlin building and not directly at the main street in the back yard.

· Your sleeping room has a huge loft bed, 160*200 cm. And a walk in wardrobe. A view to the green backyard.
· I'll keep the other sleeping room for myself.

· The bathroom is small, has a window where sun is shining in during your shower.
· WC is an extra room.
· I am searching for a person who is able to keep care of the flat. You should be responsible.
· Cleaning 1*week.
· No party people please.
· Supermarkets are only a few minutes in the front of the door. Denn's organic supermarket, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Rossmann, DM and LIDL 3-10 mins away.
· There are plenty of restaurants and cafe's around.
· Public transport in the Warschauer Street: Tram M10 in the front of the door. Subway U5 Frankfurter Tor 1 min away. Subway U1 Warschauer Straße 5 mins away.
