Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Potsdamer / Bülowstr., der U-Bahnhof Bülowstrasse sowie 3 Metrobuslinien sind praktisch vor der Tür. Alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sowie zahlreiche Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett zum großzügigen ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet, kein Zimmer geht zur Straße. Das Haus ist ruhig.
Der Winterfeldplatz, auf dem Samstags einer der buntesten Wochenmärkte Berlins stattfindet, ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der "Gleisdreieckpark", eines der größten und neuesten Erholungsgebiete Berlins, ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr multikulturell und lebendig, ohne zu trendy zu sein. Es ist wirklich eine entspannte Atmosphäre hier.
The appartment is located at the corner Potsdamer/Bülowstrasse in northern Schöneberg, close to the area of "Berlin Mitte". There is the metrostation "U-Bahn Bülowstrasse" directly in front of the house and 3 metro buslines. Shops, restaurants and other facilities are in a 5 minutes walking distance. The WInterfeldplatz, which holds one of Berlins most colourfull weekly open markets on saturdays, is also just 10 minutes walking away. The "Gleisdreieckpark", one of the biggest and newest recreation areas of Berlin, is also just 5 minutes away. The whole area is very multicultural and lively without being too trendy. It's really a laid back atmosphere here.
