THE SHARED COMMUNITY IS ALLOWED BY THE OWNER! SO IT IS LEGAL! THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE REGISTRATION AT THE CIVIL OFFICE AND FOR A JOB HERE IN BERLIN!

Friedrichsfelde is one of the famous pure residential areas of Berlin without industry and is therefore very green and has a great infrastructure for living. Plenty of shopping possibilities, restaurants and snack bars just around the corner. The famous Tierpark Berlin is close by.
The situation around can be described as very safe, without crime focus and socially deprived blocks!
The flat is located in the car and bike sharing zones (ShareNow, etc.) of Berlin!
The public transport connection are very good! Only ca. 250 m (3 min. walk) away is the subway station U Friedrichsfelde (U5 – going every 5 min.), from where you can reach S+U-Bhf. Alexanderplatz in only 13 min.! S+U-Bhf. Alexanderplatz is the most central and one of Berlin's biggest public transport hubs. From here you can go to any direction with plenty of S- and -U-Bahn, reginal trains, various trams and buses.
Only 1 subway station away you will find S + U Lichtenberg. Here are great possibilities to change to the S-Bahn (S5, S7, S75), to various regional trains (Flix Train, ICE, IC, EC, IRE, RB12, RB14, RB24, RB25, RB26, RB54, RB60, RB91, RE1, RE2, RE3, RE7, RE66), Trams (21, 37) and busses (108, 240, 256, 296).
The U5 subway is directly going through the most notorious district of Berlin … FRIEDRICHSHAIN. Die Wohnung befindet sich im berliner „Car-sharing“ Gebiet (ShareNow, etc.)!
Der Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend!
