Hey there,
First things first:
The room is cosy (~7m2), and comes fully equipped with furniture. In addition to our bedrooms, we have a big living room and small balcony that we all share and sometimes hang out in. We are looking for friendly, clean and reliable person to rent out the 4th room. Since the room is small, it would be a great for a commuter who often comes to Berlin. Working professionals only please.

Bella, Jana and Jonasz
The flat is located between the ever-buzzing Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße but is located in the beautiful and much quieter Geygerstraße. The area is full of bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets/shops. Parks like Tempelhofer Feld and the beautiful Körnerpark are quickly reached by bike and Bus (M41) or U-Bahn (U7) stations are easily reached by foot (5min!). The perfect location!
Bella (29) is from the UK and has lived in the flat for over 5 years. She works in the tea industry and is a big tea and music enthusiast.
Jonasz (29) comes from Cologne/ Düsseldorf, has moved to the flat (and to Berlin) last May and works in the television industry.
Jana (29) is from Belgium and is new to the WG since October :)
We´re all working in full-time (9-6pm) jobs and have a busy life outside of work. We like to hang out in our spacious living room for a cup of tea or glass of wine whenever we find the time, but we respect everybody's privacy. We try to have a flat evening at a bar or restaurant at least once a month, as our lives can get quite busy and we try not to only see each other in the hallway.
We try to keep the flat as clean so everybody feels good and have a cleaning schedule – but again we understand if one of us had a busy day or week and can´t make it, as long as gets done at some point.
We´re looking for someone with a similar idea of living together, who is respectful and considerate. We ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A STUDENT (SORRY!), but for someone with a similar working schedule and at least 27 years old. Also it would be great if you are not working from home every single day of the week. We are an mostly english-speaking flat, so if you´re able to speak it - that's great, but no worries, you don´t have to be fluent!
