Es handelt sich um eine 2er-WG, du teilst dir die Wohnung also mit meiner sehr netten Mitbewohnerin. Küche & Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Esstisch, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle & allen möglichen Kochutensilien.
Die Miete beträgt 280 € für den Zeitraum vom 17. bis 29. September - Heizung, Strom und WIFI sind bereits inbegriffen.
Anmeldung ist aufgrund der kurzen Dauer der Untervermietung leider keine möglich.

I offer my bright, quiet room (20m²) for subletting for the duration of a trip abroad. The room is fully furnished, with a bed (1.60 m), desk, wardrobe and an electric piano.
It is a shared flat for 2 people, so you will live there with my very nice flatmate (32). Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, an oven, a micro wave and all kind of cooking utensils.
The rent amounts to 280 € for the duration of the sublet (17 - 29 September). Heating, electricity and WIFI are included.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible due to the short duration of the sublet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an die Ringbahn (S-Bahn Greifswalder Straße) und zum Alexanderplatz (15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn M4) angebunden. Supermärkte & andere Läden (DM, Apotheke, OBI, MediaMarkt) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is very well connected to the Ringbahn (S-Bahn Greifswalder Straße) and Alexanderplatz (15 minutes by tram M4). Grocery stores & other shops (DM, a pharmacy, OBI, MediaMarkt) are within a very short walking distance.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit meiner sehr netten Mitbewohnerin (32) teilen.
Zum WG-Spirit: Es handelt sich um keine Party-WG. Du solltest bereit für ein freundliches & respektvolles Zusammenleben sein. Wenn es sich ergibt, kann man gerne mal gemeinsam ein Glas Wein trinken, sich austauschen, aber alles zwanglos und ohne „soziale WG-Verpflichtungen“, mit genügend Raum für Privatsphäre und Rückzug.

About the „WG spirit“: It is definitely not a party place. You should be interested to share a flat in a friendly & respectful way. There might be opportunities to have a glass of wine together and talk, but of course without any „obligation to socialize“ and with plenty of room to withdraw and enjoy your privacy.
