My flatmate is going to Vietnam for the offered time frame. The room is around 28 square meters big and has almost 4 meter high ceilings with stucco. It is bright and located in direction to the very green and calm street. You don’t need to bring any furniture since the room is already completely furnished (Bed 140x200 cm) and ready to move in!
You will find several bus and tram stations around. Depending on the station it takes about 3 to 7 minutes, but I recommend to take the bike to S&U Pankow or another train station nearby (~10 minutes).
We live in a very green area and there are a lot of parks around. The botanical garden Pankow is just a stone’s throw away.
The house itself is quite special. It’s partly renovated and there are 3 flat shares with nice people, who are between 20-32 years old. We meet once in a while to have some food and beer/wine. Especially in the summertime we enjoy hanging out, planting and having barbecue in the garden.
Please make sure that the location is really suitable for you before you write me!!!! ;)
I would love to have a nice and chilled flatmate, that has a structured lifestyle and is open to have some food and drinks together once in a while. Cleanliness and respect towards the flat and supplies is very important to me. Also…. communication is key! :)
Since I’m trying to live more sustainable, I would appreciate if you are also interested in that (separating garbage and avoiding food waste…). I study and am usually quite busy but am also open for some beer or shared meal once in a while! You should be ok with cats! I have two of them, but they are mostly outside, very gentle and cuddlish. They even converted a few dog people. ;)
The price for the room includes also internet, electricity and GEZ (radio and TV tax). 📺
Separating garbage is very important here! 🗑
