Gesucht wird jemand für 2 bis 3 Monate.
Das 15 qm Zimmer befindet sich in der 55 qm-großen Wohnung und geht zur Straße ab, ist aber trotzdem relativ ruhig und hat Verdunklungsvorhänge. Es bietet außerdem ausreichend Stauraum und verfügt neben einem sehr großen Bett (mit Bettkästen) auch über einen einfachen Schreibtisch. Ich würde einige meiner Sachen im Zimmer lassen, das meiste räume ich aber raus. Näheres wird bei Besichtigung besprochen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, der momentan zum Wäschetrocknen und für urbanes Gärtnern genutzt wird.
Küche, Badezimmer, Balkon und Flur werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt und sind voll ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien zum Kochen, Backen etc., welche vom Mitbewohner mitgenutzt werden können. Einzig ein Geschirrspüler fehlt, hier ist Handarbeit gefragt. Die neue Person sollte auch in der Lage sein die Räumlichkeiten sauber und in Ordnung zu halten.
Internet ist verfügbar und in der Miete inbegriffen.

I'm looking for a roommate who wants to rent my second room for 2 to 3 months.
The room is 15 sqm, is part of a 55 sqm big apartment, and is located streetside (still relatively quiet and it has blackout curtains). It has lots of storage space and a big bed (with more storage space underneath) as well as a simple desk to work at. I would leave some of my stuff in there but most of it will go somewhere else during your stay. There should be enough room to store all your things. More about that during the viewing.
The flat has a balcony which is at the moment used to dry clothes or urban gardening.
The kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and balcony are shared. The kitchen is completely stocked with all utensils you could possibly need which can be used by the new roommate. We just don't have a dishwasher so you would have to clean dishes by hand. The new person should also be able to keep the rooms clean and in order.
The flat has internet which is included in the rent.
IMPORTANT:
- Rent payment is cash only
- This is a short-term rental. Registration at this address (Anmeldung) is NOT possible.
Bis zur nächsten Tram Station benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 6 Minuten. Von dort aus erreicht man ohne Probleme die S-Bahnhöfe Schöneweide oder Karlshorst, sowie den U-Bahnhof Tierpark ohne umsteigen zu müssen.
Der Stadtteil Oberschöneweide wird allerdings nicht ohne Grund auch „liebevoll“ Oberschweineöde genannt. Es gibt zwar einen richtig schönen Irish Pub, aber Gelegenheiten zum Tanzen oder groß feiern findet man hier nicht. Dafür gibt es einige nette versteckt gelegene Cafés sowie ein kleines Kino und der Stadtpark Wuhlheide ist nur 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt.
Am HTW Campus Wilhelminenhof ist man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Den Campus Treskowallee erreicht man per Tram in ungefähr 20 Minuten. Alle Läden für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in der Nähe.

You can reach the next Tram station in around 6 minutes on foot. From there you can reach the S-Bahn stations Schöneweide and Karlshorst, as well as the U-Bahn station Tierpark without changing lines.
There is a nice Irish pub in the area but you won't find any big clubs or bars here, just a small cinema/movie theatre. But you can find some small cafes and the big city park (Wuhlheide) is 2 minutes from the flat.
To the HTW (University of Applied Sciences) campus Wilhelminenhof is 10 minutes on foot and the campus Treskowalle is reachable via Tram in around 20 minutes.
Shops for daily necessities are nearby.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit mir (Lisa, 35, IT Freelancerin). Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist eher ruhig und akute Partygänger sind hier eher schlecht aufgehoben. Im Grunde mache ich häufig eher mein eigenes Ding in meinem Zimmer oder koche in der Küche, gegen ein gelegentliches Gespräch hab ich aber nichts. Geht also eher Richtung Zweck-WG. Wichtig ist mir, dass der neue Mitbewohner(in) eher ruhig und ordentlich ist.

You share the flat with me (Lisa, 35, IT Freelancer). I live a quiet life so people who want to have parties here are probably not a good fit. I basically stay in my room most of the time or like to cook in the kitchen but I'm not against some conversation from time to time. It's really important for me to keep it relatively quiet and clean.
