I‘m renting out one room in my flat from 13th March until the 15th April. The room is bright, friendly, and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelves, TV, desk). The flat is in a calm building in Wedding/Reinickendorf, located on the third floor. I can provide bedsheeds and towels if needed. The flat has a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a washing maschine, a fully equipped kitchen with a table to eat and everything you need for cooking.
The apartment is located in a calm and quiet area with excellent public transport connections. Buses stop right at the doorstep, and major subway and train stations are within walking distance: 5 minutes to U8 Franz-Neumann-Platz, 10 minutes to U8/U9 Osloer Straße, and 15 minutes to S Schönhauser Allee. Additionally, there are several supermarkets nearby, making daily errands quick and convenient.
You will share the apartment with one roommate, Simon (27 years old), a relaxed and easygoing guy who has been living here for over seven years and knows the area well. He’s also open to hanging out and doing things together if you like. The apartment is quiet and clean, and both of you respect each other’s privacy. It’s a great environment for focused work or relaxation.
The rent is €600 for the entire period, including all utilities, Wi-Fi, and heating. The apartment is quiet, well-maintained, and has a great connection to public transport—just 25 minutes to Alexanderplatz, making it perfect for anyone looking for an stress-free living experience in Berlin.
