Stay in a beautiful, bright room in a rooftop apartment and enjoy the view across the rooftops of Berlin’s vibrant districts Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
The room is fully equipped with all furniture.
My comfortable room invites you with a huge king-size (2x1,80m) bed. It is located on the 5th floor quite centrally in Berlin.
The room itself is equipped with a big window in the roof, which lets the famous German sun in, alighting the place in warmest colours.
The 115 m² apartment has everything you need and more such as washing machine, bathroom with tub, extra guest bathroom, sunny terrace, wi-fi and kitchen.
Sometimes when it’s warm or when we feel like it we will put up the whirlpool on the terrace. Of course, you are invited to use it when it is set up.

Übernachte in einem schönen, hellen Zimmer in einer Dachwohnung und genieße den Blick über die Dächer der pulsierenden Berliner Stadtteile Kreuzberg und Neukölln.
Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Möbeln.
Mein komfortables Zimmer lädt dich mit einem riesigen Kingsize-Bett (2 m x1,80 m) ein. Es be-findet sich im 5. Stock ganz zentral in Berlin..
Der Raum selbst ist mit einem großen Fenster im Dach ausgestattet, das die berühmte deutsche Sonne hereinlässt und den Raum in den wärmsten Farben beleuchtet.
Die 115 m² große Wohnung verfügt über alles, was du brauchst wie Waschmaschine, Bad mit Badewanne, zusätzliches Gästebad, sonnige Terrasse, WLAN und Küche..
Manchmal, wenn es warm ist oder wenn wir Lust dazu haben, stellen wir den Whirlpool auf dem Balkon auf. Natürlich bist du eingeladen, ihn zu verwenden, wenn er aufgebaut ist.
Kreuzkölln it's called recently. The charming Graefekiez and the less charming Hermannplatz are next door. You can take the M41 right at the doorstep or walk to U8-Schönleinstrasse or U7-Südstern. In 5 minutes you are at the Landwehr Canal; Admiral's Bridge. I know everyone scolds gentrification and this hipster location; it's not "real" at all anymore, like it used to be. But still they always sit with us for dinner or predrink in the evening and find it really great. And not in Wedding, which will definitely be THE location soon. In addition, the 24/7 - Bierhaus Urban - has always been open on the ground floor since 1980. Even during Corona. Only nobody is allowed in. The perfect sociotope for exciting observations and a reliable source of constant joy.

Kreuzkölln nennt man das neuerdings. Der hübsche Graefekiez und der weniger hübsche Her-mannplatz sind nebenan. Man kann die M41 vor der Haustür nehmen oder bis zur U8-Schönleinstrasse oder U7-Südstern laufen. In 5 Minuten ist man beim Landwehrkanal; Höhe Admiralsbrücke. Ich weiss, alle schimpfen über die Gentrifizierung und diesen Hipster-Standort; es sei nicht mehr true und real und überhaupt. Aber trotzdem sitzen sie immer zum gemeinsa-men Essen oder Abend-Vorwärmen bei uns und findens dann ganz toll. Und nicht im Wedding, der bestimmt bald kommen wird. Ausserdem ist im Erdgeschoss das 24/7 - Bierhaus Urban - seit 1980 immer offen. Auch während Corona. Nur darf keiner rein. Das perfekte Soziotop für spannende Beobachtungen sowie ein zuverlässiger Quell steter Freude.
Berlin is a multicultural, colourful, tolerant and fun-loving city. As the city itself we believe in a free and tolerant environment. We believe in togetherness, kindness and we hope that during your stay you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy and most importantly that you feel at home.
We specifically have no cleaning schedule! Sometimes there are grand parties happening (probably not during lockdown thuogh).. So this appartment is not suitable for people who want cleanliness always at all times. Although it is generally tidy.

Berlin ist eine multikulturelle, farbenfrohe, tolerante und lebenslustige Stadt. Wie die Stadt selbst glauben wir an eine freie und tolerante Umgebung. Wir glauben an Zusammengehörig-keit, Freundlichkeit und hoffen, dass du dich während deines Aufenthalts entspannt, komfortabel, glücklich, und dich vor allem wie zu Hause fühlst.
Wir haben keinen Reinigungsplan! Manchmal finden große Partys statt (wahrscheinlich nicht während des Lockdowns). Diese Wohnung ist also nicht für Leute geeignet, die immer und überall Sauberkeit wollen. Obwohl es im Allgemeinen aufgeräumt ist.
