Es handelt sich um eine Zweck-WG. Wir möchten das Zimmer an Pendler*innen vermieten, die von einem voll ausgestatteten Haushalt profitieren würden. Weil es etwas kurzfristig ist, könnten wir eventuell für September auch jemanden als Zwischenmieter*in für einen Monat reinnehmen.
