Da 2 von uns im März weg sein werden, stehen 2 Zimmer frei zur Untermiete.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4.Zimmer und 2 Bäder und ist 130qm gross. Die 420€ Miete sind pro Zimmer.
Die zu vermietenden Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 20 qm gross und sind Zusammenhängend, sprich eins der beiden Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Deswegen suchen wir am ehesten ein Paar oder Freunde denen es nichts ausmacht Tür an Tür für die Zeit zu wohnen :) Es werden pro Zimmer 100€ Kaution verlangt die ihr nach dem Monat natürlich zurück bekommt wenn nichts kaputt gegangen ist.

2 of our flatmates are going away for March that's why we can sublet two rooms in that time(the whole March) the apartment is 130 sqm and the rooms which are two rent are 20 sqm each. The rooms are connected to each other that's why we preferably looking for a couple/ good friends to rent to.
