we are looking for a new longterm roomie.
The flat is on the 4th floor and has a balcony from the kitchen, so good. Its about 66m2 big, very calm although it is located in a great area in Prenzlauer Berg. The whole flat has big sunny windows, high ceilings and plank floors. A real old building flat everyone is looking for. Everything is renovated and all the furniture is new.
Here is space for three lovely people who plan to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and love to live in a shared flat.
Its fully furnished, washing machine, dish washer and its equipped with all the basics (kitchen stuff, bath, dishes etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. As mentioned the kitchen has a sunny balcony, like holidays : )
In the rent everything is included, meaning service charges, water, heating (no extra payment because of the crisis), green power, internet. The flat and ur room is completely furnished.
Registration/ Anmeldung is possible.
The flat is located two blocks next to Helmholtzplatz. This is one of the „most wanted“ neighborhoods in Berlin. There
u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Probably some of u might also know Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei and Kollwitzplatz. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner. Also the flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network, close to the Ringbahn and a few stops away from Alexanderplatz.

Marta is a 27-year-old girl from Italy. She's working as a data scientist in a start-up. She's been living in Berlin for 3.5 years.
She enjoys travelling, spending time outside when the weather is nice and playing sports like volleyball and padel.
We wanna find someone, who is fun, inspiring and loves to act respectfully. Preferably someone working, so everyone has the same daily rhythm. No boring people, just a good balance. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wanna stay longterm (one year or more people have better chances : )
