We’re on the lookout for a new long-term flatmate to join our cozy home.
Located on the 4th floor in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, this 66m² flat combines charm and comfort. Despite being in a lively area, it’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect escape in the city. The flat features high ceilings, large sunny windows, and beautiful plank floors—everything you’d expect from a classic, old-building apartment. Plus, it’s been fully renovated, and all the furniture is brand new.
One of our favorite spots is the kitchen, which opens to a lovely balcony, offering a sunny retreat that feels like a little holiday escape. The space is ideal for relaxing with a coffee or catching some sun.
This flat is designed for three people who want to build a real home together. We’re looking for someone who values a shared living experience, enjoys creating a welcoming space, and plans to stay long-term.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all essentials. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you’ll need in the kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc.). The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower—perfect for unwinding. Everything is set up so you can settle in easily!
Your monthly rent includes all utilities: service charges, water, heating (no extra fees even with the current energy situation), eco-friendly electricity, and high-speed internet. Your room, like the rest of the flat, is fully furnished.

Beyond Helmholtzplatz, you’re also close to some of Berlin’s iconic spots. Kastanienallee is just a short stroll away, famous for its eclectic mix of boutiques, eateries, and vibrant street life. Mauerpark, known for its sprawling green spaces, Sunday flea market, and open-air karaoke, is perfect for picnics, sports, or simply hanging out with friends. Marta is 27 and has been living in Berlin for 3.5 years. She works as a data scientist at a startup and enjoys the dynamic lifestyle of the city. Marta loves traveling and making the most of Berlin’s outdoor spaces when the weather allows. She’s active and social, often spending time playing volleyball, trying out new sports like padel, or organizing fun activities with friends.
