WG se encuentra en los suburbios de Leipzig, a unos 7 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Neustadt. Directamente frente a la casa, línea 3, que le llevará a la nueva ciudad en 5 minutos, en 15 minutos directamente al centro de Dresden y en 20 minutos a la universidad. Las tiendas son dos Lidl, uno de ellos en la estación Neustadt, que también tiene un domingo y unas vacaciones abiertas. También nos gusta ir al VG, el mercado bio también está cerca.
Toda la casa tiene unos 30 WGs y un gran patio con aparcamiento para bicicletas. De vez en cuando, fiestas en el patio que generalmente se anuncian antes.

Die WG liegt in der Leipziger Vorstadt, ca. 7 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Neustadt entfernt. Direkt vor dem Haus hält die Linie 3, die dich innerhalb von 5 min in die Neustadt, in 15 min direkt ins Zentrum von Dresden und in 20 min zur Uni bringt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwei Lidl, einer davon am Bahnhof Neustadt, der auch Sonntag und Feiertag offen hat. Wir gehen aber auch gerne in die VG, der Biomarkt ist auch in der Nähe.
Das gesamte Haus hat so ca. 30 WGs und einen großen Innenhof mit Fahrradstellplatz. Ab und zu sind Partys im Innenhof die aber in der Regel vorher angekündigt werden.

Lena ya trabaja en una empresa que planea y construye energías renovables, viento y fotovoltaica. Pero ahora quiere hacer el título de su maestro y por lo tanto estudia al lado (a veces sobreambicado) en Chemnitz Economic Engineering. Ahora parece que nunca está ahí, pero puedes verla muy a menudo en la cocina, donde también puedes reírte con ella.

Henny estudia trabajo social en Görlitz y trabaja junto con una ayuda al jardín. Probablemente la conocerás en su baño rosa de Hello-Kitty en la cocina. Una relación respetuosa y amistosa es muy importante para ella. Se siente bien si no sólo vives al lado del otro, pero todavía puedes retirarte.

Jakob es simpático, todo redondo y muy guapo y no ha ayudado a crear esta descripción. Le gusta cocinar para todos, incluso si siempre se siente muy estresado;) También le gusta montar en bicicletas de carreras, al gimnasio, celebraciones con sus amigos (que se puede ver más a menudo) y viajes.

Maik es un tipo muy relajado. Está interesado en los acontecimientos mundiales actuales y también está muy contento de llevar a cabo debates sobre política o historia. Ir a demos con él es genial!

Li está haciendo su título en auto-estudio, así que generalmente en casa. Se ocupa mucho del diseño y la optimización del GT. Además, ella crochets mucho y es principalmente la mamá de la flor (Lena y Henny también). Lee muchos libros (feministas) y le gusta realizar debates sobre temas actuales. Con ella siempre se puede entrar espontáneamente en la nueva ciudad, el bispäti codiciado o simplemente hablar en el sol de la noche en el balcón!

Lena también se reubicará con nosotros desde marzo durante medio año. Acaba de terminar sus estudios y trabaja en un bar en el New Town.
Desde octubre, Nina vuelve de su Erasmus de Bella Italia.

Du wohnst zusammen mit Maik, Jakob, Henny, Li, Lena & Lena.

Wir sitzen abends gern zusammen in der Küche und quatschen, manchmal wird zusammen gekocht, am liebsten gibt es Tacos von Jakob.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, der gut funktioniert. Auf die Spülmaschine muss man achten, sonst stapelt es sich schnell, aber ansonsten sind wir eine saubere WG, die auch wert darauf legt dass man sich wohl fühlt. :)

Lena arbeitet schon, in einem Unternehmen, das erneuerbare Energien plant und errichtet, Wind und Photovoltaik. Jetzt möchte sie aber noch ihren Master machen und studiert deshalb nebenher (eeeetwas überambitioniert) in Chemnitz Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Wirkt jetzt als wäre sie nie da, aber man sieht sie sehr oft in der Küche, wo man dann auch mit ihr lachen kann! :D Sie geht außerdem gerne joggen und belegt Tanzkurse in Contemporary Dance.

Henny studiert Soziale Arbeit in Görlitz und arbeitet nebenbei als Gartenhilfe. Du wirst sie bestimmt in ihrem pinken Hello-Kitty-Bademantel in der Küche antreffen. Ein respektvolles und freundliches Miteinander ist ihr sehr wichtig. Sie findet es schön, wenn man nicht einfach nur nebeneinander her lebt, man sich aber dennoch zurückziehen kann.

Jakob ist sympathisch, allrounder und äußerst gutaussehend und hat nicht an der Erstellung dieses Beschreibung mitgewirkt. Er kocht gern für alle, auch wenn er dabei immer recht gestresst wirkt ;) Er geht außerdem gerne Rennrad fahren, ins Gym, Feiern mit seinen Freunden (die man hier auch öfters sieht) und Reisen.

Maik ist wirklich so ein entspannter Typ. Er ist interessiert an aktuellem Weltgeschehen und führt auch sehr gern Debatten zu Politik oder Geschichte. Auf Demos mit ihm zu gehen ist super!

Li macht gerade ihr Abitur im Selbststudium, ist also meistens zuhause. Sie beschäftigt sich viel mit der Gestaltung und Optimierung der WG. Außerdem häkelt sie viel und ist vor allem die Blumenmama (Lena und Henny auch). Sie liest viele (feministische) Bücher und führt gerne Debatten zu aktuellen Themen. Mit ihr kann man immer spontan in die Neustadt, an den begehrten Biospäti oder einfach nur auf ein Gespräch in der Abendsonne auf dem Balkon!

Lena wird auch ab März neu bei uns einziehen für ein halbes Jahr. Sie beendet gerade ihr Studium und arbeitet nebenbei in einer Bar in der Neustadt.
Ab Oktober kommt Nina zurück aus ihrem Erasmus aus Bella Italia.

Tenemos un *partly furnished* grande and bright room for rent starting from March.
El pequeño casting para la habitación estará en inglés.

La habitación es de unos 20 m2 y está en un piso compartido donde siete personas viven juntas. Tiene dos ventanas y está recién pintada.
Me gustaría dejar algunos de los muebles aquí por un poco de dinero: el escritorio, la silla, el vestuario y el bar de ropa. Podemos hablar de más detalles cuando estés aquí. Así que si no tienes muebles todavía, será mucho más fácil para ti. :)

El apartamento compartido está en el Leipziger Vorstadt, a unos 7 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Neustadt. We have a free *partly furnished* big and bright room for rent starting from March.

The room is about 20 m2 and is in a shared flat where seven people live together. It has two windows and is freshly painted.
I'd like to leave some of the furniture here for a little sum of money: the desk, chair, wardrobe and clothes rail. We can talk about further details when you're here. So in case you don't have furniture yet, it will be a lot easier for you. :)


The shared flat is in the Leipziger Vorstadt, about 7 minutes walk from Neustadt train station. Line 3 stops right in front of the house, which takes you to Neustadt in 5 minutes, to the center of Dresden in 15 minutes and to the university in 20 minutes. There are 2 Lidl's for shopping, one of which is at Neustadt train station, which is also open on Sundays and public holidays. We also like to go to the VG, the organic market is also nearby.

It seems as if she is never there now, but you often see her in the kitchen, where you can laugh with her! :D She also likes jogging and takes dance classes in contemporary dance.

Henny is studying social work in Görlitz and works part-time as a gardener. You will definitely see her in the kitchen in her pink Hello Kitty bathrobe. A respectful and friendly atmosphere is very important to her. She thinks it's nice when you don't just live next to each other, but you can still retreat.

Jakob starts working in October. Jakob is friendly, all-rounder and extremely good-looking and did not help to create this description. He always loves to cook for everyone (preferably tacos), even if he always seems pretty stressed ;) He also likes to ride his racing bike, go to the gym, party with his friends (who you often see here) and travel.

Maik is such a relaxed guy. He is interested in current world events and also enjoys having debates about politics or history. Going to demonstrations with him is great!

Li is currently doing her A-levels on her own, so she is mostly at home. She spends a lot of time designing and optimizing the shared apartment. She also crochets a lot and is, above all, the flower mom (Lena and Henny too). She reads a lot of (feminist) books and enjoys having debates about current topics. You can always spontaneously go to Neustadt with her, to the popular Biospäti or just to have a chat in the evening sun on the balcony!

Lena will move here as well in March. She currently finishes her studies and works in a bar. She lives in Nina's room who is going to be in Bella Italia for her Erasmus and will be back in October.
