Die angegebene qm-Zahl ist eher geschätzt, denn das Zimmer ist irgendwie fünfeckig. Es hat eine Deckenhöhe von über 3,50 m, ist sehr hell und hat zwei Fenster zur Straße raus, Sonne hat es frühmorgens. Die Möbel auf den Fotos können, aber müssen nicht drinbleiben (den Teppich gibt es leider nicht mehr). Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind Küche, Bad und eine zweite Toilette.

It has a ceiling height of over 3.50 m, is very bright and has two windows facing the street, the sun shines in early in the morning. Das linksrheinische Düsseldorf ist wie eine Halbinsel, wir sind genau in der Mitte. Verkehrstechnisch super angebunden. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus, Fahrtzeit zum Hbf beträgt 16 min, zur Uni ca. 30-45 min. Nachts fahren Busse. Über die Kreuzung gibt es einen Bäcker und ein Netto. In zwei Richtungen ist man in 10 min am Rhein, auf der Löricker Seite sind schöne Sandstrände und ein Freibad.
ENGLISH: Düsseldorf on the left bank of the Rhine is like a peninsula, we are right in the middle. Superb traffic connections. The subway stop is right in front of the house, travel time to the main train station is 16 min, to the university about 30-45 min. Buses run at night. Across the intersection there is a bakery and a Netto discounter. In two directions you are in 10 min at the Rhine, on the Lörick side are beautiful sandy beaches and an open-air bath.
Wir würden uns auf eine Frau freuen, die auch Lust hat, zusammen was zu unternehmen, ob Kniffeln, Spiele, oder Fahrradtouren und Inliner laufen.
Zu uns gehört außerdem Maniok, ein halbhoher Hund aus der Karibik und ungefähr der freundlichste, den man sich vorstellen kann, auch wenn er einen manchmal zur Begrüßung ankläfft, wuff.
Wenn jede:r nur den eigenen Dreck wegmacht, stapelt sich der Schmutz in den Ecken – das heißt du solltest auch bereit sein, dich beim Saubermachen in die Gemeinschaft einzubringen!

We also have Maniok, a half-sized dog from the Caribbean and about the friendliest you can imagine, even if he sometimes barks at you to greet you, woof.
