This room is TWO persons, not a single room.
Rent 330 EUR is PER PERSON.
We search for 2 (TWO) Persons who will rent the room together and will live in the room together.
Official rental contract with ANMELDUNG.
2 separate beds for each and all necessary furniture are provided.

The kitchen has with all the necessary equipment.
The flat is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance from the street.
Warm rent includes the following costs per Room: Kaltmiete, all utility costs incl. Heating and Electricity.
Tenants need to pay additionally only for Internet (ca 10 EUR per person) and Radio&TV tax GEZ (5 EUR per person) directly to providers.
