The Room is SHARED Room for 2 MALE persons (= 2 persons live in the room, "double") in a 4-room shared flat (Student-WG).
We are searching for 2 (TWO) MALE tenants who are ready to live together in the room.
2 separate beds for each and all necessary furniture are provided.
Rent 299 EUR is for the period of first 3 months (December 24 - January 25 - February 25).
From March 2025 the rent is 320 EUR per person (due to the increase in utility costs).
Availability of the place in room - on 03 December. Earlier and later rental is not possible.
