The room is the largest room in the apartment and therefore very spacious and bright.
Furnitures that the tenants must take over:
1. The closet (https://www.otto.de/p/wimex-schwebetuerenschrank-emden-ausfuehrung-mit-spiegel-C637978813/#variationId=684069314) and left part of the Platsa wardrobe have to be taken over (300€).
3. The desk and the cabinet: €100
In addition, 100€ must be paid for the takeover of the general equipment of the flat share (new chairs, washing machine, new vacuum cleaner, etc)
We live in a quiet side street off Berger Straße. You'll definitely find everything you need there. Be it a subway station (Merianplatz), shopping facilities, gyms, restaurants, bars...
The flat share consisted of Markus, Niklas and myself. We always enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and have a chat. However, we were also always very involved with our social and work lives, which meant that sometimes we hardly saw each other for a week. As a result, there was always a good mix of harmonious togetherness and time for ourselves.
We would like to keep it that way. As I'm is moving out, we are looking forward to a new flatmate :)
