I am moving out of the apartment at the end of February, thus my room is free from 1st March for long term. This is a basement apartment in a quiet building with peaceful neighbours. The room is furnished with a bed, cupboard, a bedside table, and a chair. A refrigerator, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner are also included. All amenities shown in the images are included, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Additionally, the living room also has a nice large table and chairs. Naturally, we spent most of our time there.
The total rent is 1450 which is divided among the three people. This is excluding electricity and internet which cost us 21 and 10 euros respectively. Although we expect a significant payback on electricity at the end of year, so it should cost less eventually.
Frankfurt Hbf is 7-8 minutes by walk. The Main riverside area is about 5 minutes by walk and a nice walk can be enjoyed in the evening, especially during summers. There's all kinds of groceries available at the Hbf obviously, but there's also a really great Rewe at 6,7 minutes walk.
The apartment has a shared kitchen and a shared washroom. Responsibilites like cleaning, taking out the trash, buying groceries etc., are shared by taking turns. We have never had any problem with any neighbours, overall it's a great neighbourhood to live in, great connections, quiet and peaceful, perfectly near city center, yet not loud.
Your new potential flatmates are students at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, and also work during the week. Although everyone has their own routines, but to create a nice social life and to spend time together, we do movie nights from time to time, and also take some trips during the summer. They are really nice flatmates and you will have a great time living here.
