Die WG besteht aus drei individuellen Zimmern mit einem Bad (WC + Badewanne mit Dusche) und einem separaten Gäste-WC, einem geteilten Wohn-/Essbereich mit Einbauküche sowie einem großen Balkon mit Blick auf den grünen Garten/Innenhof.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa und Fernseh-Wand.

The house is located in the first floor of a beautiful two-family home with garden in the traditional part of the district Frankfurt-Sossenheim, in close proximity to the office city of Eschborn.
The shared flat consists of three individual rooms with a big master bathroom (toilet, jacuzzi bathtub & shower) and a separate smaller second bathroom (toilet & sink).
There is a big living room with integrated kitchen and direct access to the big balcony with garden view. All rooms are completely furnished with bed, mattress, sofa, wardrobe, shelves, table, chair and TV wall.

Das Haus befindet im alten Kern von Sossenheim umgeben von weiteren Einfamilien- und Fachwerkhäusern. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Die Busse 50, 55 und 58 fahren an der Bus-Haltestelle "Sossenheimer Kirchberg" in 2 Minuten Entfernung der Wohnung. Es besteht dadurch eine sehr gute Anbindung zur S-Bahn in Rödelheim (S3, S4, S5), Höchst (S1, S2, RE) und Eschborn Süd. Die S-Bahn benötigt von Rödelheim ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 13 Minuten in die Stadtmitte (Hauptwache).
In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) der WG befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Lidl). Ein Bäcker und eine Metzgerei sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die WG liegt günstig zu verschiedenen Parks welche gute Laufmöglichkeiten bieten. Ein Hallenbad ist in der Nähe.

The house is located in the old city part of the ancient quarter of Frankfurt-Sossenheim besides traditional German half-timbered houses.
The connection to public transport is very good. The bus stop "Sossenheimer Kirchberg" is only 2 minutes away and offers access to the busses 50 (Frankfurt Fair), 58 (Eschborn, Frankfurt Airport) and 55 (Rödelheim Bahnhof and Höchst Bahnhof). From Rödelheim Bahnhof and Höchst Bahnhof it is only a 10 minutes ride on S-Bahn to Frankfurt Central Station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof) and 13 minutes to Frankfurt city center "Hauptwache".
In close proximity of the flat are several super markets (e.g. LIDL, Penny) as well as bakeries.
The flat also connects closely to several parks with excellent bicycle and/or running routes. An indoor swimming pool is only few minutes away by bus.

Die WG ist eher eine Zweck-WG für junge berufstätige Frauen/Praktikantinnen/Sprachschülerinnen oder Pendlerinnen. Es besteht kein aktives WG-Leben im Sinne von regelmäßigen gemeinsamen Tätigkeiten/Unternehmungen. Jedoch wird bei Gelegenheit auch mal gerne gemeinsam im Esszimmer oder auf dem Balkon Zeit verbracht und gegessen.
In der WG ist eine sehr gute Einbauküche vorhanden. Alle Kochutensilien und Küchengeräte sind vorhanden und zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen.
Derzeit wird die WG von drei Mitbewohnerinnen bewohnt (working professionals). Die dritte Mitbewohnerin zieht im November nach Abschluss ihres Praktikums aus.

The flat is a dedicated womens shared appartment that caters to students, interns, young professionals and weekend "home drivers". Since everyone is working/studying the life in the flat is rather calm (no party flat). The flat counts with a excellent kitchen that allows nice cooking evenings and shared dinner on the balcony and in the living room area.
Currently your roommates are two girls. The third room (your room) will be free from November.

Das Zimmer soll jeweils für mindestens für 4 Monate vermietet werden. Längere Aufenthalten werden bevorzugt.
