Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe (ungefähr 12m2) und auch Zugang zum Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert aber einige Möbelstücke (Bett, Schrank ua.) können von der jetzigen Mitbewohnerin abgekauft werden
The room is about 12m2 and has access to the shared balcony.
the room is unfurnished but some pieces of furniture (bed, closet and others) can be bought off from the current flatmate.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Talstraße. Gleich nebenan haben wir einen Edeka und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in nur 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es hier sehr ruhig.
The flat is located close to the city center (Schwabentorbrücke) . We have Edeka around the corner and the closest tram stop is a 5minutes walk away. Nevertheless it's quite calm here.
Die WG besteht aus 3 Zimmern. Die jetztige Mitbewohner sind ich (Karoline) und meine Freund (Varun). Wir suchen nach einem neuen Mitbewohner ab Oktober für das 3. Zimmer. Dass wir ein Paar sind hat keinen Einfluss auf das WG Leben.
This is a 3 room shared flat. The present roommates are me (Karoline) and my boyfriend (Varun), we are looking for a flatmate for the 3rd room which will be vacant from October. Our relationship doesn't affect the WG life.
