The room is bright and open. There is a double bed, desk, open wardrobe, a storage cabinet, window blinds and a handful of plants. The wardrobe and a section of the cabinet will be made clear for your things. We have a small amount of additional space in the main part of the flat. Attention: the room is located on the stairs, seperate from the main flat. You will have a key for the room and for the house door. It gives you a lot of privacy.
Top location. Rewe open till midnight or a small Edeka are both a 6 minute walk away. Trams 1, 2, and 3 are all under 10 minute walk away. Bahnhof by bike in 5 minutes if you are fast, 15 minutes by tram. The beautiful alte wiehre bahnhof with caffee kiste, weekend market, and ping-pong platz is 5 minutes away.
We are a diverse, warm flatshare: Steffi - studying media and product management whilst dancing latin dances and appreciating the finer things in life, Anna - a teacher for handicapped children and arts and crafts extraordinaire, Judith - studying carpentry and dedicated to saving all the extra food in Freiburg, and Daniel - working at the museum in Basel and as a choreographer. Everyone speaks native German and fluent English. Everyone has colourful lives but we make time with each other and there is a friendly and caring atmosphere to our constellation. You are welcome to be a part of this or to do your own thing.
I am away for the first two weeks of April. The room is available from the 31st until the 17th (18 days). The rent is adjusted for the number of days so if you would ike to stay for less time, we can look at that. Deposit is 200 euros. No pets and no smoking in the room (this is possible downstairs in front of the house). We ask that you are a mostly tidy and conscientious person, no parties or loud music (your roomates study and work from home sometimes).
