Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Gröbenzell, im S-Bahn-Bereich von München (S3, S4), zwischen den Bahnhöfen Gröbenzell und Puchheim. Zwei Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig erreichbar, und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Ein Fahrrad ist in dieser Lage von Vorteil, um noch flexibler unterwegs zu sein.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Gröbenzell, within Munich's S-Bahn network (S3, S4), between Gröbenzell and Puchheim stations. Two bus stops are within walking distance, and there are various shopping options nearby. Having a bicycle is an advantage in this area for added flexibility.
Da ich voraussichtlich zum 01.12. bzw. 01.01.2025 ausziehe, suchen wir eine/n Nachmieter/in für unser Zimmer in einer internationalen WG mit drei weiteren Mitbewohnern. Alle befinden sich noch im Studium oder in der Ausbildung.
Jeder hat seinen eigenen Tagesablauf und individuelle Interessen. Ihnen ist jedoch wichtig, dass du deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner vorab bei einem kurzen Treffen kennenlernst, um zu sehen, ob es grundsätzlich zwischen euch passt.

As I am likely moving out on December 1st or January 1st, 2025, we are looking for a new tenant for our room in an international shared flat with three other roommates. Everyone is either studying or in vocational training.
Each person has their own daily routine and individual interests. However, it’s important to them that you meet your future roommates beforehand for a quick introduction to see if you’re a good fit for the flat.
Der Mietvertrag wird individuell mit dem Vermieter bzw. dem Besitzer des Hauses geschlossen. Bzgl. der Miete muss noch Rücksprache gehalten werden, wird sich aber auf ca. ~400 € belaufen.
!Wichtig ist jedoch, dass du dich in Studium oder Ausbildung befindest!
