Kleines gemütliches Zimmer in Eilbek

Hi,
wir sind Jonas und Vanessa (25 und 27) und suchen eine*n sympathische*n und nette*n dritte*n Mitbewohner*in ab dem 15.04 (ein paar Tage früher ginge auch)! Vanessa hat gegen Ende des letzten Jahres ihr betriebswirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen und arbeitet aktuell in einem Klamottenladen (wenn du nett fragst gibt es vielleicht auch einen Rabatt). Ich studiere Jura und starte in den kommenden Wochen mit der Examensvorbereitung. Tagsüber ist in der Wohnung nicht viel los aber abends treffen wir uns ab und an natürlich in der Küche. Zusammen sitzen und quatschen ist auf jeden Fall drin! Ein super ausgeprägtes WG Leben gibt es aber nicht. Es gilt auch bei uns der 100fach gehörte Satz: Alles kann, nichts muss.

Wir haben einen festen Putzplan und jeder spült sein Zeug immer möglichst direkt, da wir keine Spülmaschine haben. Generell wäre es super, wenn du auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung achtest :)

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen und gut angebundenen Eilbek und ist 68m2 groß. Ein Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht, die Küche bietet sich aber auch gut für gemeinschaftliche Abende an und ansonsten kann man ja auch im Zimmer zusammensitzen. Die S-Bahn Station Landwehr ist genau wie die U-Bahn Station Wartenau fußläufig nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt und auch Busse fahren in der Umgebung ab. Außerdem erreichst du fußläufig verschiedenste Supermärkte, Kioske, Bäcker und Cafés. Dein Zimmer hat 10 qm2 inkl. einer ca 2qm große Kammer, die du als Kleiderschrank nutzen könntest. Die Warmmiete beträgt 420€. Dazu kommen noch Internet (11,66€) GEZ (6,12€). Die Mindestmietdauer ist 1 Jahr.

Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert!

We are Jonas and Vanessa (25 and 27) and are looking for a nice third roommate from the 15th of April (a few days earlier would not be a problem). Vanessa finished her business studies towards the end of last year and currently works in a clothing store (if you ask nicely, she may give you a discount). I am studying law and will start my final exams preparation in the coming weeks. During the day it is mostly quiet in the apartment but in the evening we occasionally meet in the kitchen and have a chat. Besides that we do not have a strong „flatmate life“ since our daily rhythms are quite different and everyone has stuff to do. More interaction than a „Hallo“ in the hallway is appreciated though!

We have a fixed cleaning schedule and everyone cleans their dishes asap as we don't have a dishwasher. It would be great if you just keep it clean and tidy :)

About the apartment:
The apartment is located in the quiet and well connected Eilbek and is 68m2. Unfortunately, we do not have a living room, but the kitchen is also good for evening get togethers. The S-Bahn station Landwehr is just a5 to 10 minutes walk away as well as the U-Bahn station Wartenau and buses depart nearby. You can also walk to various supermarkets, kiosks, bakeries, cafes and the Alster. Your room has 10sqm2 including a 2sqm chamber, which you can use as a wardrobe. The rent is 420€ plus internet (11,66€) and GEZ (6,12€). The minimum rent duration is 1 year. The room is NOT furnished!
