Des Weiteren gibt es einen Keller, einen Balkon (direktes Sonnenlicht am Morgen/Vormittag) und einen Gartenbereich mit Teich, Feuerstelle, Grill, Tisch, Stühlen und Beet zur Benutzung unserer WG.

direct Sunlight enters at 3 pm till sunset. My clothes, books, etc. gonna be stored elsewhere.
The other rooms are the two rooms of the roommates, a fully furnished kitchen including living area, a bath with tube and window and a corridor/hall. More over there is a basement/cellar, a balcony (direct sunlight in the early and late morning) and a garden area with a small pond, fireplace, grill, desk, chairs and a plant/flower bed for our use.
Köln-Dellbrück bietet eine gute Verkehrsanbindung Richtung Innenstadt:
- S-Bahn (S11) Haltestelle "Köln-Dellbrück"
- Straßenbahn (Linie 3 und 18) Haltestelle "Dellbrücker Mauspfad"
In naher Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Sportangebote. Zwei Seen und Wälder sind ebenfalls Fußläufig zu erreichen.

meine Mitbewohnerinnen Stella und Sophie sind freundliche, aktive und fleißige Menschen.
Stella hat Tanz sowie Kulturwissenschaften/-pädagogik studiert und arbeitet derzeit im Messe Bereich. Tanz, Musik, Kultur und Bewegung sind große Teile ihres Interessenbereichs.
Sophie arbeitet selbstständig. Sie hat eine eigene Praxis und gibt Seminare im Bereich Gesundheit. Ihre Interesse liegt ebenfalls in der Bewegungslehre. Sophie hat zwei Katzen: Mona und Lisa die ebenfalls in unserer WG leben.
my two roommates Stella and Sophie are nice/friendly, active and busy humans.
Stella studied Dance and Culture and is currently working in fair management. Dance, music, culture and movement are huge parts of her Intressts.
Sophie is self-employed. She has her own practice/office and offers courses/seminars around the topic health. Her interests also lie in kinematics. Sophie has two cats: Mona and Lisa who are also living in our apartment.
