Gemütliches Zimmer in 4er wg im grünen Mockau

Die Wg befindet sich in der Friedrichshafner straße 70 gleich gegenüber von der Tram Haltestelle friedrichshafner straße. Gleich neben an Sind einiges schöne Kleingärten und vor dem Haus ist auch eine Grünfläche. Ganz in der nähe findest du viel möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen (unter anderem den schönen mariannenpark) und auch ist ein Rewe, Konsum, Rossmann und einige weitere Geschäfte zu fuß oder mit dem Fahrad gut erreichbar. Von der Haltestelle fährt die tram 1 und 9 und du kannst schnell ins zentrum oder in den leipziger Osten fahren auch ist der Nordbahnhof Ganz in der nähe.

The flat is located at Friedrichshafner straße 70 just opposite the streetcar stop friedrichshafner straße. Right next door are some beautiful allotment gardens and in front of the house is also a green area. Nearby you will find plenty of opportunities to go for walks (including the beautiful Mariannenpark) and a Rewe, Konsum, Rossmann and a few other stores are within easy walking or cycling distance. Streetcar 1 and 9 run from the stop and you can quickly travel to the city center or to the east of Leipzig, and the Nordbahnhof train station is also very close by.

Bisher haben in der Wg Lena, Dai, und ich (Matheus) gewohnt. Aber auch im nächsten Monat wird es einen neuen Mieter geben und Lena zieht aus. Das Wg leben war immer sehr harmonisch und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine schöne zeit mit vielen schönen Gesprächen und schönen Momenten.
Etwas zu deinem zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen :

Lena : ist anfang 20 und holt gerade ihr Abitur nach und möchte im anschluss studieren. Sie arbeite als Reporterin und macht gerne Fotos. Sie ist sehr politisch interessiert und aktiv und mit ihr kannst du viel darüber sprechen.

Dai: ist anfang 22 und etwas später in die Wg eingezogen. Sie sie arbeitet als Freiwillige.

So far, Lena, Dai and I (Matheus) have lived in the flat. But next month there will also be a new tenant and Lena will be moving out. Life in the shared flat was always very harmonious and I felt very comfortable. It was a great time with lots of nice conversations and great moments.
A little about your future flatmates:

Lena : is in her early 20s and is currently catching up on her A-levels and wants to go to university afterwards. She works as a reporter and enjoys taking photos. She is very politically interested and active and you can talk a lot about it with her.

Dai: is 22 and moved into the shared flat a little later. She works as a volunteer.

Du wirst Noch ein paar mitbewohni haben, nämlich Achatschnecken :)
Wir haben ein terrarium mit Achatschnecken (Afrikanische Riesenschnecken) gefunden und die leben jetzt mit uns. Vor allem Lena und ich haben uns um die schleimigen Mitbewohni gekümmert und sie sind eigendlich Ganz pflegeleicht. Lena würde sich bestimmt über unterstützung freuen aber das musste du auch nicht.

You'll have a few more co-inhabitants, namely agate snails :)
We found a terrarium with agate snails (African giant snails) and they now live with us. Lena and I in particular have taken care of the slimy roommates and they are actually quite easy to look after. Lena would certainly appreciate some support, but you don't have to do it.
