wir suchen eine weitere FLINTA-Person, die Lust hat im Januar bei uns zu wohnen.
Das Zimmer ist frei vom 03.01 bis zum 31.01.2025.
Das Zimmer ist 15m" groß und liegt mit Blick über die Dächer von Plagwitz. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, wir machen auf jeden Fall so viel Platz, dass du deine Sachen gemütlich unterbekommst.
Von der Küche gelangst du gleich in dein Zimmer. Außerdem gibts eine kleine Abstellkammer.

from 03.01 till 31.01.2025
We can be flexible with the dates and discuss adjustments if needed.
Room:
The room is 15m² in size and very bright due to their two large windows. Since the apartment is located on the third floor with no obstructing buildings, you'll have a beautiful view over the Plagwitz rooftops. The room comes furnished, but if you prefer to bring some of your own belongings, that's not a problem.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Nähe der Karl-Heine-Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Post, DM) sind in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bus 60 und 74, sowie die Linie 14 sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Für Spaziergänge sind das Jahrtausendfeld, Karl-Heine-Kanal und Clara-Park nicht weit.
The apartment is located directly near the Karl-Heine-Straße. Shopping facilities (Rewe, Penny, Post, DM) are within 10 min walking distance. The bus 60 and 74, as well as the line 14 are also just around the corner. For walks, the millennium field, Karl-Heine canal and Clara Park are not far.
Wer würde mit dir wohnen?
Das sind: Jenny (sie/ihr) , Pauli (sie/ihr) Jess (sie/ihr) und Pi (keine).
Aktuell haben wir einen Putzplan und bekommen eine Gemüsekiste, auch Teilen wir uns das Essen (wir haben ein App in der wir Eintragen, wenn jmd. einkaufen war).
Wenn du Lust auf gemeinsames Miteinander mit vielen netten, offenen und sweeten Menschen hast, steht einer schönen Zeit im Leipziger Westen nichts im Weg. Uns ist sehr wichtig acht aufeinander zu geben und auf die Bedürfnisse und Stimmungen der anderen zu achten, indem wir offene und ehrliche Miteinander kommunizieren.

These are: Jenny, Pauli, Pi and Jess.
Currently we have a cleaning plan and get a vegetable box, also we share the food (we have an app in which we enter when someone was shopping).
How we organize the time in January, we can discuss together.
If you like to live together with many nice, open and sweet people, nothing stands in the way of a nice time in Leipzig West.
