Dein Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat hohe Decken und zwei große Fenster Richtung Südwesten. Ich habe bei meinem Einzug vor 1,5 Jahren weiß gestrichen und alles sehr sauber gehalten, beim Einziehen brauchst du also keine Arbeiten durchzuführen.
Gerne überlasse ich dir meine Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl) für die Zeit der Untermiete kostenlos. Die Schränke und Regale, die du auf den Bildern siehst, können auch im Zimmer bleiben, oder ich lagere sie einfach im Keller, wenn du lieber deine eigenen mitbringst.

Your room is very spacious, has high ceilings and two large windows looking south-west. I painted white when I moved in 1.5 yrs ago and kept everything very clean, so you won't need doing any work when moving in.
I'm happy to leave you my furniture (bed frame, mattress, desk and chair) for free for the time of your stay. The wardrobes and shelves you see in the pictures can also stay in the room, or else I'll just store them in the cellar if you'd rather bring in your own.

Ehrlich gesagt, besser geht es nicht. Die Karl-Heine-Straße ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, der Palmengarten 3, der Kanal 4, der Fluss 10. Dazwischen findest du all die anderen schönen Dinge

Wir haben einen großen, schönen Balkon zum Hinterhof, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer. Wir alle gehen mit unseren Räumen mit Liebe und Respekt um.
Meine Mitbewohnis Anna und Martin wohnen seit über 5 Jahren hier. Martin schreibt, malt, programmiert, designt Sudkus (kein Scheiß) und arbeitet in der Nationalbibliothek. Letzten Sommer hat er mir einmal gesagt, dass es in Leipzig manchmal zu sonnig werden kann, und dass er es ja lieber etwas wolkig mag. Ich war schockiert. Ansonsten aber ein super netter Kerl. Anna hingegen ist sehr sonnig. Sie ist gerade Lehrerin geworden und ist eigentlich für den Sommer aus der Wohnung ausgezogen, wird aber wahrscheinlich im Oktober zurück sein. In der Zwischenzeit wirst du zusammen mit Matías wohnen. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Spanisch.
Das WG-Leben ist locker, freundlich, spontan. Wir treffen uns oft auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche zum Plaudern, zusammen was kochen usw

we have a large, beautiful balcony facing the backyard, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. We all treat our spaces with love and respect.
My flatmates Anna and Martin have been staying here for 5+ years. Martin writes, paints, codes, creates Sudokus (yes, he does) and works at the public library. Once he told me that sometimes it gets too sunny I Leipzig for his taste, as he likes it more when it's a bit cloudy. I was shocked. Other than that, super nice guy. Anna instead is very sunny. She just became a teacher and actually moved out of the flat for the summer, but will probably be back by October. In the meantime, you'll live with Matías. We speak German, English, Italian, Spanish.
The WG-life is easy-going, friendly, casual. We respect each other's spaces and privacy but will often meet in the balcony or in the kitchen for chats, sometimes cook together, etc
