Die Lage des Zimmers ist äußerst praktisch, da sich ein Rewe, Denn's,, Kaufland, Penny und Rossmann in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Mit Haltestellen für Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Tür ist die Anbindung optimal. Für Kaffeeliebhaber gibt es charmante Cafés, darunter das Espresso Zack Zack, in dem sogar das Arbeiten in netter Atmosphäre möglich ist. Die Eisenbahnstraße ist ebenfalls nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Und das Beste ist, dass wir einen wunderschönen Park direkt um die Ecke haben, in dem wir gerne spazieren können (Stünzer Park).
The location of the room is extremely convenient as there is a Rewe, Denn's, Kaufland, Penny and Rossmann just around the corner. With bus and train stops right in front of the door, the connection is perfect. There are charming cafés for coffee lovers, including the Espresso Zack Zack, where you can even work in a nice atmosphere. Eisenbahnstraße is also only a stone's throw away. And the best thing is that we have a beautiful park just around the corner that we love to walk in (Stünzer Park).

Laura, Jessi und ich sind eine entspannte 3er-WG, in der es uns wichtig ist, dass die WG ein Ort ist, an dem man "auftanken" kann: Wir mögen es eher ruhig, wir lieben gute Gespräche, kochen gerne ab und zu gemeinsam und legen Wert darauf, in einer sauberen Wohnung zu leben. Wir lernen super gerne neue Menschen kennen und freuen uns auf eine Zwischenmieterin oder einen Zwischenmieter für November.
Laura, Jessi, and I are a relaxed 3-person shared flat, where it's important to us that the apartment is a place where you can "recharge." We prefer a quiet atmosphere, enjoy good conversations, like to cook together from time to time, and value living in a clean home. We love meeting new people and are looking forward to welcoming a temporary tenant for November.
