Hey people,
a room will be free for one month in cosy Schönefelder Höfe apartment starting 20th of November. Room has rectangular shape and is 18-20 qm big. It's already equipped with queen sized bed, working table and a cupboard. Windows are overlooking the Ploßstr./ Kohleweg corner so you would have undisturbed view. The rest of the apartment consists of one extra bedroom ( my room ), big bathroom, kitchen and properly sized balcony. Kitchen is already equipped with spacious chopping area, table, chairs, dishwasher and stove with an oven.

The apartment is in a side street to relatively busy Gorkistr. It's overlooking calm and mostly empty Ploßstr. and has a balcony on the opposite side to beautiful shared backyard. Trams and buses are available within 3 Minutes walk. Baggersee is pretty close too :)
The name is Danilo. I was living in a big WG for a while and moved in this place in April. It's was routine transition from alot of people and plenums that go with it to something simpler but still shared. Don't have any pretensions what the wg life should like but am looking forward of meeting people and talking about things and idiosyncrasies.
So our Warmiete is 574€. Beside it I'm paying 120€ for the electricity, standard GEZ fee and some 20€ Internet. It comes down to a bit more than 700€ but the newcomer covers everything with 350.
