Zu uns: Wir sind ein Hausprojekt im Leipziger Westen, genauer gesagt ein Mietshäuser Syndikatsprojekt. Alle Bewohner*innen haben ihre eigenen Privat-Zimmer, wir haben aber keine abgetrennten Wohneinheiten. Die drei Küchen, Bäder und der ausgebaute Dachboden sowie unser Garten sind Gemeinschaftsflächen und werden gemeinsam genutzt. Unser Haus ist leider nicht barrierefrei. die zwei freie Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG: das eine Zimmer ist ca. 32 qm groß (Warmmiete 350€), das andere etwa 18 qm (250€). Im Haus gibt es Kinder und Erwachsene, manchmal sitzen wir im Hof rum, manchmal bearbeiten wir gemeinsame Baustellen und dann gibt es da noch die Haus-Plena alle zwei Wochen. Entscheidungen werden im Konsens getroffen. Einige, aber nicht alle von uns sind in irgendeiner Form gesellschaftlich oder politisch engagiert. Wir sind gegen diskriminierendes Denken und Handeln und entsprechendem Hang zu kruden Weltbildern (zb sexismus, rassismus, antisemitismus, esoterik,...). ++ Interim rent wanted for 2 months March + April - house project in Plagwitz ++
About us: We are a house project in the west of Leipzig, more precisely a "Mietshäusersyndikat" project. All residents have their own private rooms, but we do not have separate living units. The three kitchens, bathrooms and the converted attic as well as our garden are common areas and are used jointly. Unfortunately, our house is not barrier-free. The free rooms are on the second floor: one room is ca. 32 sqm (monthly rent 350€), the second is about 18 sqm (250€). In the house there are children and adults, sometimes we sit around in the garden, sometimes we work on common building sites and then there is the house plenum every second week. Decisions are made by consensus. Some, but not all of us are socially or politically involved in some way. We are against discriminatory thinking and acting and the corresponding tendency towards crude world views (eg sexism, racism, antisemitism, esoterics,...).
