🏠 Dein potentielles Zimmer ist etwa 22 m² groß und ist mit einem !Balkon! ausgestattet. Es hat hohe Altbaudecken und viel Fensterfläche an der du dich erfreuen könntest. Trotz der Süd-Südostlage der Fenster wird es durch den Baum vor dem Haus im Sommer nicht allzu warm und im Winter ist es sehr angenehm hell.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines schönen Altbaus und ist insgesamt etwa 94 m² groß. Wir haben eine kleine, aber feine, gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine) und ein großes Bad (inkl. Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine). Außerdem haben wir ein großes Kellerabteil, das du auch mitbenutzen könntest.
💰Die Warmmiete beträgt inklusive Internet, GEZ und Strom ca. 340€ pro Monat.
💶 Die Kaution beträgt 313€.

🏠 Your potential room is about 22 m² and comes with a balcony! It features high ceilings typical of old buildings and plenty of window space for you to enjoy. Despite the south-southeast-facing windows, the tree in front of the building keeps it from getting too hot in summer, while in winter, it stays pleasantly bright.
The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful old building and has a total size of about 94 m². We have a small but well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a spacious bathroom (with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine). There's also a large basement storage unit that you’d be welcome to use.
💰 The total rent, including internet, GEZ (broadcasting fee), and electricity, is around €340 per month.
💶 The deposit is €313.
Wir wohnen direkt am Unicampus!
🎓 3 Min zu Fuß bis zur Mensa / Bib und Mensa
🩺 5 Min mit dem Rad zum HumWi Campus

Du wirst mit Gopika und Rohit zusammenwohnen! Beide sind erst vor Kurzem eingezogen, und ich habe mich super mit ihnen verstanden. :) Sie sind beide Studierende und unternehmen gerne etwas – du wirst also tolle Gesellschaft in der WG haben!
You'll be living with Gopika and Rohit! They both moved in recently, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know them. :) They are both students who love to explore, hang out, and do things together—so you’ll have great company in the apartment!
