In unserer schönen WG mitten in der Münchner Maxvorstadt wird eines der drei Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist mit rund 22qm sehr geräumig und hat eine schöne Fensterfront. In unserer WG haben wir alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Neben der Küche, einem Bad und unseren Zimmern haben wir noch einen gemütlichen Balkon und eine kleine Abstellkammer.

One of the three rooms in our beautiful shared flat in the middle of Munich's Maxvorstadt district is becoming available. The room is very spacious at around 22 square meters and has a beautiful window front. We have everything you need to live in our shared flat. In addition to the kitchen, a bathroom and our rooms, we also have a cozy balcony and a small storage room.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral mitten in der Maxvorstadt gelegen. Wir erreichen die U2 an der Theresienstraße sowie die U1/U7 und Tram am Stiglmairplatz in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist das Museumsviertel, Einrichtungen der TU und LMU, außerdem gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, Bars und Cafés direkt ums Eck.

The apartment is very centrally located in the middle of Maxvorstadt. We can reach the U2 at Theresienstraße as well as the U1/U7 and Tram at Stiglmairplatz in a few minutes by foot. The museum quarter, TU and LMU facilities and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés are just around the corner.

Wir sind Freunde aus dem Studium und sind mittlerweile beide berufstätig. Gerne unternehmen wir zusammen etwas, ob in oder außerhalb der WG. Gleichzeitig genießen wir auch die Möglichkeit uns nach einem anstrengenden Tag zurückziehen zu können. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und freuen uns, wenn du ebenso gesellig bist wie wir, gleichzeitig aber auch unsere Privatsphäre respektierst.

We are friends from university and are now both working. We like to do things together, whether in or outside the shared flat. At the same time, we also enjoy the opportunity to retreat after a stressful day. We are not a purpose-built flat share and would be happy if you are as sociable as we are, but at the same time respect our privacy.

Das Zimmer wird ab sofort zur Untermiete befristet für 6 Monate frei. Die angegebene Miete pro Monat enthält alle Nebenkosten zum jetzigen Stand.
