Vom 01.04 bis 30.06 haben wir in unserem Wohnheim 1 Zimmer frei und suchen daher nach neuen motivierten, engagiertien und sozialen Studenten. Das Zimmer ist vorerst befristet. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit Festaufgenommen zu werden und somit einen dauerhaften Wohnplatz hier zu bekommen!

Wir befinden uns mitten in Maxvorstadt, von da man in 10 Minuten Fahrradfahren alles erreichen kann. Uni, Olympiapark, Eisbach...
Der nächste Lidl ist ca. 3 min Entfernt genau wie die Tram Haltestelle. Die U-Bahn ca. 4 min.

We are located in the middle of Maxvorstadt, from where you can reach everything in 10 minutes by bike. University, Olympiapark, Eisbach...
The nearest Lidl is about 3 minutes away, as is the streetcar stop. The subway about 4 min.

Wir sind ein Selbstverwaltetes Wohnheim mit 125 Studenten aufgeteilt in 5 Häuser. Du würdest im Haus E (dem besten Haus ;)) wohnen, gemeinsam mit 20 anderen. Mit ihnen teilst du dir eine Küche und Wohnzimmer. Es gibt aber auch mehr Gemeinschaftsräume und auch in den Küchen und Wohnzimmern der anderen Häuser darf man sich jederzeit aufhalten. So haben wir beispielsweiße auch eine Werkstadt, einen Musikraum, Beamerraum, Wäschekeller, Fahrradkeller... und genügend Grünflächen und Balkone zum chillen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, daher ist es uns wichtig, dass alle die hier wohnen auch Lust auf die Gemeinschaft haben sowie bereit sind gewisse Aufgaben zu übernehmen und auch mal mit anpacken.

We are a self-organised dorm with 125 students divided into 5 houses. You would live in house E (the best house ;)) together with 20 other students. With them you share a kitchen and living room. But there are also more common rooms and you are allowed to hang out in the kitchens and living rooms of the other houses as well at any time. For example, we also have a workshop, a music room, a projector room, a laundry room, a bicycle storage room... and plenty of green spaces and balconies to chill out on. We are not a functional shared flat, so it is important to us that everyone who lives here also wants to be part of the community and is willing to take on certain tasks and help out from time to time.
