Die Wohnung besteht aus vier Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad, einer Gemeinschaftsküche, einem Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer und einem weiteren kleineren Gemeinschaftsraum, der hauptsächlich als Fernseh-/Filmraum genutzt wird. Mit ihren 133 qm ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet auch viel Freiraum außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers.

Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen und befindet sich in der Nähe vom Josephsplatz. LMU, TU, FH und FOM sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt (Edeka, LIDL, DM) befindet sich gleich um die Ecke.
Die Bushaltestelle Görresstraße befindet sich direkt vor der Türe und Ubahnstation U2 Josephsplatz ist drei Gehminuten entfernt.
Ich verlasse die WG, da ich ins Ausland gehe und meine Mitbewohner Pietro, Sebastian und Lisa suchen nun eine neue freundliche Person, die zu uns passt :)
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Abends sitzen wir gerne bei einem Vino oder einem Bier oder anderen Getränken zusammen, kochen zusammen oder schauen uns einen Film in unserem Filmzimmer an. Auch sonst unternehmen wir gerne etwas gemeinsam. Von Wandern, Radfahren, an den Seen abhängen bishin zu spontanen Bar- und Restaurant-Hopping ist immer was los.
Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG, aber alles nach dem Motto: "Alles kann, nichts muss."
PS: We mostly speak in English and as an international WG it is commonly the used language around here, so we will be doing the viewings in English ;)
