Das Zimmer ist 10 m² groß und bereits möbliert. Es gibt ein Einzelbett, drei Regal-Einheiten, einen Kleiderschrank sowie einen Schreibtisch mit einem bequemen Bürostuhl (der Stuhl unterscheidet sich von dem auf den Fotos) – perfekt für produktives Arbeiten oder entspanntes Lernen. Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Die Miete beträgt 600 € pro Monat und beinhaltet bereits alle Kosten wie Internet, Strom und Heizung. Eine KVR-Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich. Die Mietdauer ist fest, da ich es nur während meiner Reise untervermiete und am 3. April zurückkomme.

The room is 10 m² and fully furnished. It includes a single bed, three shelf units, a wardrobe, and a desk with a comfortable office chair (the chair is different from the one in the photos)—perfect for productive work or studying. The room is bright, quiet, and provides a pleasant atmosphere.
The rent is €600 for the month, which includes all costs such as internet, electricity, and heating. KVR registration is unfortunately not possible. The rental period is fixed since I am only subletting while I travel and will return on April 3rd.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend ohne störenden Lärm von Nachbarn oder Baustellen. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur 6 Gehminuten entfernt, und die Bushaltestelle für die Linien 50 und 150 erreichst du in nur 2 Minuten. Ein Rewe ist direkt um die Ecke (1 Minute zu Fuß), während Lidl und Edeka jeweils 6 Minuten entfernt sind. Dank der guten Anbindung bist du schnell in der Stadt oder an der Uni.

The apartment is in a nice, quiet area with no disturbing noise from neighbors or construction. The nearest U-Bahn station is just a 6-minute walk away, and the bus stop for lines 50 and 150 is only 2 minutes away. A Rewe supermarket is right around the corner (1-minute walk), while Lidl and Edeka are both 6 minutes away. With such great transport connections, you can quickly reach the city or university.

Wir sind eine entspannte 5er-WG, in der jede*r seinen eigenen Alltag hat. Es gibt kein aktives WG-Leben mit gemeinsamen Unternehmungen, aber wir respektieren uns gegenseitig und sorgen für eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Küche wird von allen genutzt, und es gibt zwei Bäder – eines mit Dusche, eines ohne. Wichtig: In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht! Falls du rauchst, ist das Zimmer leider nichts für dich.

We are a relaxed 5-person shared apartment where everyone has their own daily routine. There are no regular shared activities, but we respect each other and maintain a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is shared by all, and there are two bathrooms—one with a shower and one without. Important: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! If you smoke, unfortunately, this room is not for you.
