Heyy, ich (24) ziehe nach München und kann glücklicherweise als Nachmieterin in die Mietwohnung meines Bruders. Deswegen gründe ich dort ab August eine vegane WG neu (3 weibl. Personen insgesamt) 🤗
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, einen großen Flur, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein getrenntes WC, Küche, Balkon (Loggia) und ein geräumiges Kellerabteil. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 84m² groß und vom Balkon aus hat man Blick auf den begrünten Innenhof. Im Flur, in der Ecke in der jetzt gerade das Fahrrad hängt (siehe Fotos), können wir für die WG gemeinsam eine gemütliche Ess-/Chillecke einrichten, damit wir außer dem Balkon noch einen anderen schönen Gemeinschaftsort haben. Aus dem Zimmer können je nach Bedarf Möbel übernommen werden, ansonsten würde es leer vermietet werden.
Zur Ablösevereinbarung: Die Möbel/Geräte, die in den gemeinsam genutzten Teilen der WG bleiben, sind:
1 Tisch (ausziehbar) & 4 Stühle
2 Badezimmerkommoden
1 Schrank im Flur
Garderobenmöbel (Jackenhaken + Schrank, Kommode & kleine Garderobe)
1 Waschmaschine
1 Kühlschrank
1 Mikrowelle
Balkonset aus 2 Tischen & 4 Stühlen
Jeder von uns dreien zahlt dafür 700€ Ablösekosten, die dann von eventuellen Nachmieterinnen ja aber auch wieder übernommen werden müssten (ggf. dann etwas weniger als 700€ wegen der Abnutzung, je nachdem wie lange man in der WG gewohnt hat).

Heyy, I (24) am moving to Munich and luckily I can take over the apartment that my brother used to rent. That's why I'm starting a new vegan flat share there this August (3 women in total). 🤗
This advertisement refers to the 20m² room. The apartment has 3 rooms, a large hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet, kitchen, balcony (loggia) and a spacious cellar compartment. The apartment has a total size of 84m² and from the balcony you have a view of the inner courtyard with lots of greenery. In the hallway, in the corner where the bicycle is currently hanging (see photos), we can set up a cozy dining/chill area for the flat share so that we have another nice communal space in addition to the balcony. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom (the exact takeover costs have yet to be decided, also for the fridge). The pieces of furniture in the room can be taken over if necessary. If not, the room will be rented out empty.
Regarding the furniture takeover costs: The furniture/equipment that remains in the shared parts of the flat are:
1 table (extendable) & 4 chairs
2 chests of drawers in the bathroom
1 cupboard in the hallway
Entrance/coat rack furniture (coat hooks + cupboard, chest of drawers & small hall stand)
1 washing machine
1 refrigerator
1 microwave
Balcony set consisting of 2 tables & 4 chairs
Each of the three of us pays €700 for this, which would then also have to be paid to you by any new tenant who take over from you when you move out (possibly they'd pay a little less than €700 due to wear and tear, depending on how long you have lived in the shared flat).
Die Wohnung ist super mit den Öffis angebunden: Nur 3 min zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Karl-Preis-Platz (U2) entfernt und man ist mit der U-Bahn innerhalb von 14 min am Hauptbahnhof und in 17 min am Marienplatz. Der Ostbahnhof ist mit dem Bus in 10 min und mit dem Fahrrad in 7 min zu erreichen. Schräg gegenüber von der Wohnung ist ein Edeka Express und in 4 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad bei einem großen Rewe. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung nur 4 min zu Fuß von der öffentlichen Boulderpassage "Riesige Rosie" und von der Grünanlage Wilramstraße entfernt. Und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 12 min am Isarstrand :)

The apartment is very well connected with public transport: It is only a 3-minute walk to the Karl-Preis-Platz subway station (U2) and you can reach the Hauptbahnhof in 14 minutes and Marienplatz in 17 minutes by subway. The Ostbahnhof can be reached by bus in 10 minutes and by bike in 7 minutes. Across the street from the apartment there is an Edeka Express and a large Rewe supermarket is 4 minutes away by bike. The apartment is also just a 4-minute walk from the “Riesige Rosie” public boulder passage and the Wilramstraße park. And you can be at the Isarstrand in 12 minutes by bike :)
Ich fänds richtig schön, wenn die WG keine Zweck-WG ist und wir uns gut verstehen und ab und zu mal zusammen kochen bzw. was unternehmen (z.B. in nice vegane Cafés zusammen gehen 😋). Und mir wärs wichtig, dass wir aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen und die WG möglichst sauber und ordentlich halten. Außerdem soll die WG natürlich für uns alle ein safe space sein in dem wir nicht mit toten Tieren konfrontiert werden, also bitte nur melden, wenn du wirklich vegan bist und wenn du auch möchtest, dass keine tierischen Produkte in unsere WG-Küche kommen.

I'd really like it if we got on well and cooked together or did something fun together from time to time (for instance, going to nice vegan cafés 😋). And it's important to me that we're mindful of each other and keep the apartment clean and tidy. Also, the apartment should of course be a safe space for all of us where we are not confronted with dead animals, so please only send a message if you really are vegan and if you also want no animal products in our kitchen.
Noch kurz zu mir: Ich bin 24, komme aus Hamburg und bin halb Portugiesin, halb Kolumbianerin. Die letzten beiden Jahre habe ich meinen Master in Storytelling in Mailand gemacht und ziehe jetzt für den Start ins Berufsleben nach München. Seit 5 1/2 Jahren lebe ich vegan und mache Tierrechtsaktivismus, ansonsten mache ich in meiner Freizeit gerne Sport (z.B. Fitness, surfen, Salsa tanzen), reise gerne und liebe gute Bücher und Filme.

A bit about me: I am 24, from Hamburg and half Portuguese, half Colombian. For the past two years I've been doing my master's in storytelling in Milan and now I'm moving to Munich to start working. I've been vegan for 5 1/2 years and do animal rights activism, other than that in my free time I like doing sports (e.g. fitness, surfing, dancing salsa), travelling and love good books and movies.
