Room (14 square meter) in a 4-person flatshare. The room is rather bright and west facing. The area is residential and as such extremely quiet. It is Zimmer 1 you will be renting.The minimum duration of renting the room is 6 months, meaning at least until 01.10.2025.
The apartment is located 2 minutes away (by foot) from the bus stop of line 142, which brings you in approximately 9 minutes to U-bahn station Münchner Freiheit (U3 and U6) or the station of Scheidplatz (U2, U3, U8 and many trams/bus lines).
There is an EDEKA and Rossmann within 2 minutes walking distance directly next to the bus station. Pharmacies and doctors (e.g. a dentist or primary care doctor) are basically around the corner. There are many green spaces nearby, such as the Luitpoldpark; the Englischer Garten is also not too far away.
Hey everyone,
our wonderful shared apartment in Munich Schwabing is on the lookout for a new flatmate. We're currently three guys: Jan (24), Sam (26), and Lenny (33). We have diverse professional backgrounds; Sam is a teacher at an international school, Lenny works as a consultant, and Jan is pursuing his Ph.D. in Chemistry. Sadly, our fantastic flatmate Rouven is moving out, leaving a room available from April 1st. We're an active and sociable bunch, enjoying hanging out, going on adventures, and occasionally cooking together. Gender and background does not play a role for us. The apartment is a 4-person flatshare with 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a rather large hallway.
The kitchen has a new dishwasher and also a new washing machine. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking.
There is a small storage room at the entrance of the apartment and there is also a large storage room in the basement.
Preferably, you should be employed full-time in Munich.
The rent would start latest on April first.
The 150€ service charges include:
heating, water, warm water, waste water, garbage pick-up, facility manager, house cleaning, grit for winters, caretaking of the green spaces, building maintenance, building insurance
Additionally there will be ~60€ for electricity and 250Mbit/s internet per month. This is internally managed by our flat and not by the landlord.
